Traditional accounting services include the preparation and reporting on financial statements and the preparation of income tax returns. These include the audit or review of your financial statements, which are known as assurance services, and also the compilation of data into financial reports.

Audit

Audits are utilized where you need assurance provided to third parties. We plan and execute our audit services based on the specific needs of your organization. Our audits also include our recommendations about your business systems, where controls and efficiencies can be improved. An audit report states our findings and opinion whether the financial statements are fair in their content and their principles of presentation. We will also attend at your AGM to answer any questions posed by shareholders on our audit.

Review

There are business situations where an audit is not required but where users of the financial statements still require a level of added credibility. In these situations a review of your financial statements is required. A review is a less detailed assurance engagement that enables us to report with limited assurance that there are no material modifications that should be made to your financial statements.

Compilation

Compilation of financial statements is provided where no added level of assurance is required. A compiled financial statement may be all you need and it is an extension of the basic accounting and bookkeeping services we offer. Your data is compiled into a financial statement format which could be on a monthly quarterly or annual basis. A compilation presents you with financial statements for information purposes without expressing assurance as to their accuracy. Our services will change and adapt to suit the growth and changes in your business.
